Remember that I said something about buying a new smart phone hand phone? Konon-konon boleh selalu update this blog, boleh selalu update status di Facebook, boleh tweet dekat Twitter. Well, today I've tried to update using my phone. But, Blogger new inter phase is making it difficult to do so! I ended up giving up and here I am, in the library updating.

That's just the picture. Mine is white. Actually, I want the black color but the salesman said that they have run out of stock. What can you expect when you buy at PC Fair. Which is why I ended up with the white one since I wanted it sooooo badly that I couldn't wait.

Today is the first day of PBAKL. Couldn't wait to go there next week. Unlike before, this time I'll be going with my friends. There's three of us altogether, itupun kalau yang sorang tu jadi ikut. My mum is not coming as she had class on Friday. Pertama kali berjalan dengan kawan-kawan sendiri, Excited! Train ticket dah beli, tinggal angkat beg. Hopefully nothing comes in our way and my other friend is able to come.

Big gap between updates. Not that I forget, I always wanted to write something.

Idea berkejar-kejaran masuk ke kepala, sedang sibuk dengan tugasan dan kuliah.

Masa tangan gatal nak menulis, idea terbang dibawa dek angin.

Kadang-kadang teringat nak menulis, kemudian terus lupa.

Konon ada smartphone boleh update selalu, masa selalu mencemburui.

Akhirnya, tak ada perkataan yang boleh dirangka.

Already in the second phase of the semester.

Assignment yang bergunung tinggi masih menunggu giliran untuk disudahkan.

Saya ada tanggungjawab lain yang perlu dilunaskan terlebih dahulu sebelum si 'diari maya' ini.

short update

It's been a long time since my last update.

I've just gone through my post since the early days. And I had to admit, memang sangat kebudak-budakan dan sungguh tak matang! Somehow, I felt embarrassed. But never mind. Dah nama pun masa tu masih budak sekolah yang masih berhingus dan tak matang.

Sekarang, dah masuk semester kedua pengajian dan masih berusaha untuk struggle dan sesuaikan diri dengan suasana pembelajaran di universiti. Memang hectic, busy, tak teratur, tak terurus. Waktu ni baru nak betul-betul mengaplikasikan konsep pengurusan masa yang betul! Mana nak kejar kelas, assignments, tutorials, test... Setiap hari akan berhadapan dengan stress dan tekanan yang bukan sedikit.

Just pray that I will have the strength to complete my studies. 6 semesters to go.

3 loooooong years of university life...

is it...

Is it possible for someone to lose their common sense?

Is it hard to complete your assignment in time? And do it perfectly?

Is it hard to open the books and make some references?

Is it hard to give cooperation when you are working in a group?

Is it wrong to expect high of others? I would do that much to others!

Is it wrong?

Now I really learn to not put your hopes too high. The higher the more you will feel disappointed. The more you expect from people, the less you will get. I've been told to give more and expect less.

And that's what I've been doing. Patience is the key as they said. Too much patience. After all the patience, the only thing that I could say is 'Thank you for giving me this kind of shit!'

Now I know what life is all about and I learn it the hard way.

bored

It's almost 5 in the morning. And I wake up early to do last minute revisions or rather last minute memorising! Currently, I am reading the topics for Introduction to Computer. And I had to say, it was boring, which explains why I am writing this in the middle of the morning!

Again, just a short update to relieve some of my stress and to get rid of my boredness!

exam stress

Yup, currently I'm having an exam stress! So much to read, so much to memorise, so much to understand, so much to explain and so on.

It's already week 8, which is pretty much of half of the semester. Oh, I'm anticipating for the holidays!

Just a short update to get away from the books and notes for a while. Wish me with all the luck!

1 month and 21 days!

51 days!

7 weeks!

I'm already an university student. Well, so far life has been well. Am still adapting to the new environment, making new friends, studying etc...

A little bit of what has been happening all those days.

Minggu Transformasi Mahasiswa (MTM)

Seriously, this is the most boring transformation week that I had gone through (no offense to the organisers). Agenda utama MTM kali ni ceramah, ceramah, ceramah, taklimat, taklimat that I could swear that my ears were going to be numb from all the talking. Not to mention that the time management by the organisers was soooo.... if u get what I mean!

Lecture

For this semester, I registered for 7 subject with 14 credit hours. The seniors were surprised as according to them seniors, it was too short. During their time they had to take up to 18 credit hours. Well, the syllabus during their time and ours were different. Their course were just for 3 years of study, while for us it takes 4 years until we could get our degree. InsyaALLAH, in 4 years time, I will graduate with a Bachelor in Quantity Surveying!


As for now, the subject that I least like (using the word hate is too strong!) is Draughtmanship! Sebagai seorang yang tak ada latar belakang teknikal dan tak pernah belajar lukisan kejuruteraan, subjek ni memang agak bermasalah bagi saya! We had to draw according to the architecture and engineer drawing that we had acquire. Believe me, the first time I saw the drawings, I was like "What the hell is this?!" Up until now, I'm still facing some problem to draw accordingly. There were times that I feel like quitting and change into other subject. But every time I would tell myself that I could do this! Nothing goes easy in life, and that's what makes it more interesting!



The next subject that's on the list is Principles of Economics! For all my life, I focused on studying Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics but NEVER Economics! During the consultation with my Penasihat Akademik, he suggested that I drop out Mathematics as an elective subject as I did get an A during my matriculation level. Instead, he told me to take Economics to learn something new as Mathematics that were taught were so easy. So, I decided to follow his advice as later, there were more Economics related to construction that I will be learning. It's best that I understand and know the most basic of Economics! But the truth is, I don't like to study about Economics. I would rather take Mathematics as it is something that I had learn before.

Every now and then, everyone said to me that university life is the most interesting part of all in our life. I was told that I should try my best to enjoy university life to maximum so that it would be the most memorable memory of all in my life. But for now, I'm still adapting and I realised that I beginning to like my university life bit by bit.

If someone asked me, what did I do during these four months since I finished my matriculation programme, I must say NOTHING!

Literally nothing.

Tak bekerja, just lazying around. Cuma memerap dalam rumah, jadi penganggur berjaya. Konon-konon nak spend time with my mother after a year of being separated. Mengada-ngada! I know!

And, not to forget, last month we went to Sabah for a week. Ummi said, this is a treat for both of us. For me, this is my treat after struggling with books and examination for 10++ long months and the result are satisfying. Tak sia-sia penat belajar!

What a life!
